Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) presents an opportunity for our Learnership Programmes in 2024. The Learnerships will commence in April 2024 for a period of 12 Months. We are looking for learners across the following categories: HR, Packaging, Sales, and Warehouse.
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is a proudly South African company which began operating as a legal entity in July 2016, after the merger of six non-alcoholic ready to drink bottling operations. The basic entry requirements for all Learnership Programmes include:
- You must be South African Citizen within the parameters of our Employment Equity requirements.
- You must have completed Matric with Mathematics or Math Literacy at 40%
- You should also have completed English and any other South African language at 40%.
- You must be currently unemployed.
- You should not have completed the same qualification/learnership at another company.

Additional Requirements – HR Learnership
- Directed to candidates with a disability N.B. Applicants declaring disability will be required to provide verification from a medical practitioner.
- Candidates with 1 year working experience will have an added advantage.
Additional Requirements – Sales Learnership
- Diploma: Marketing/Business
- A Degree Marketing/Business/Commercial
- A valid code 8 driver’s license will be an added advantage. Please note for Coastal roles a valid driver’s license will be essential.
Additional Requirements – Packaging Learnership
- N5/N6 will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements – Warehouse Learnership
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics or Operations Management

Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo Literacy and Numeracy testing, medicals, and security clearance checks.
