PURPOSE : To provide administrative support to the Office of the CEO Unit.
REPORTING : SENIOR MANAGER: OCEO
REQUIREMENTS: Formal Qualification: Diploma in Administration or related qualification plus computer literacy. Working Experience: Minimum of 3 years administration experience. Competencies: Filing system, Office Administration, Information Management System, Documents Management, and Inventory Management, payments Processes, Policies and Procedures. Skills: Administrative Skills, Filling Skills, Analytical Skills, Computer Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills, Database management Skills, Typing Skills, Co-ordination Skills, Organising Skills and Secretarial Skills.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Provide Admin Support, Provide Secretarial Support, Deliver documents internally and externally, Filing of documents.
