PURPOSE OF ROLE:
We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our clients team and support their daily office procedures.
A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREA:
Office matters including but not limited to answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence, maintaining diaries and arranging appointments, typing / preparing and collating reports, filing and maintaining a filing system.
Working Monday to Friday and weekends (working 2 weekends assisting with Human Resource matters).
Easy Roster (Actual , terminations , loading and Reports )
Assisting with PAG.
Be active on the company groups.
Report on the shortages about solutions
Preparing for IBS training
Update on the IBS Contracts daily for Wednesday.
Clock in and out on weekends
Learn Control room operations.
Make sure recruitment is Updated.
Uniform update list after every two weeks
2 weeks uniform list
Black list
Name tags
Finelist
Noting on the group and advising correct parties
Updating vehicle list
Panic tests Tuesday and Thursday
Pay query list and responding on the tablet
Helping with shift change
Interviews and recruitment of new security officers.
Or any other lawful and reasonable instruction that may be given from time to time by the employer or superior of the employee.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
Solid knowledge of office procedures.
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Experience in compiling and submitting SETA reports.

R240,000 PA
